Do I need an appointment to visit your facility?
No. You can come anytime during our business hours Mon-Fri (8:00 – 5:00) Sat (9:00-1:00).
Do you have a designer on staff?
No. You can choose on your own or you can bring a friend or designer/decorator with you. In most cases, you don’t need a professional to help you choose.
Can you give me pricing?
No. We do not cut and install slabs. We are wholesale to the trade only. Your fabricator/contractor will give you pricing based on the slabs you select, the cutting, and the installation.
What do I do once I find something I like?
We will fill out a selection form recording all the details. One copy will be given to you and one copy will be faxed to your fabricator/contractor.
If I see something I like will you hold it?
Yes. Your fabricator is the only one that can put a hold on your slabs. The hold will be good for one week. Following the week the slabs will either be shipped to your fabricator or they will be put back into inventory.
Will I be able to take a sample home?
Provided we have it. We do have most quartz samples available.
Will all the slabs on the A-frame look different?
No. All of our slabs have been inspected and sorted by the staff into individual blocks. The outside slab represents all of the slabs behind it and it is not necessary to move slabs just to see the covered ones.
Will I be able to individually select my slabs?
Yes. We will gladly move them only after the following steps have been taken:
1. You have decided on a specific block of stone
2. Your fabricator has all the specifics of your selected choice. Due to the size of your selection and the specifics of your project they need to determine the quantity needed.
3. The fabricator gives us the ok to move and tag the slabs with your name.
